Description
Saint Francis Health System is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist to join our established and growing neurology team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position will primarily support inpatient general neurology and stroke care at Saint Francis Hospital South while also providing Teleneurology rounding coverage for our regional partner hospitals in Muskogee and Vinita.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-acuity, collaborative stroke program within the largest physician network in the state, offering strong subspecialty support, a robust referral base, and a flexible schedule.
Position Highlights
- Inpatient general neurology and stroke care at Saint Francis Hospital South
- Tele-neurology coverage for:
- Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee o Saint Francis Hospital Vinita
- 7 on / 7 off schedule for optimal work-life balance
- Staffing to support 7a-7p inpatient coverage supported by Neurohospitalists
- Partner with TeleNeurology vendor for overnight coverage
- Full inpatient coverage supported by Neurohospitalists
- Stroke network of care: Primary Stroke Centers of both SFH South and SFH Muskogee, SFH Vinita, critical access facility, and Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa - Comprehensive Stroke Center
- EMR: Epic
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (must become BC within 2 years of completing training)
- Fellowship training in Vascular Neurology desired or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain an Oklahoma medical license
