• A service line within the hospital with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
• Service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.

• \n Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home.
• Determines staffing needs. Assigns staffing and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards.
• Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan.
• Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse Oregon state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience.
• Two years - Supervisory experience.
• Four years - Home Infusion experience.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
