Director of Cardiac Imaging and Rehab
We’re seeking a strategic and operational leader to oversee cardiac imaging and rehab services, including Clinical and Fetal Echo, Research Imaging, CPET, and Cardiac Rehab. This role ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals.
This position is eligible for relocation assistance and sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, staffing, and budgets across multiple departments.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards.
Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
Drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
Evaluate and implement new procedures, equipment, and technologies.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years as a Cardiac Sonographer.
ARDMS Adult & Pediatric Registry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Knowledge of fetal, pediatric, and adult CHD echo.
Experience across inpatient, outpatient, cath lab, and OR settings.
